 About Michael:
 I am a depu
 ty head teacher of a primary and nursery school in Nottinghamshire\, havin
 g previously taught in middle and primary schools in my home county of Wes
 t Sussex. 
 My greatest interests lie in Curriculum and Assessment in pri
 mary education\, with a close eye on the impact of the new National Curric
 ulum in schools.&nbsp\; In my current post I also have leadership responsi
 bilities for Writing and Behaviour\, as well as teaching a Y5/6 class.

 aving trained for and taught in middle schools\, I am also greatly interes
 ted in how schools manage the transition of students between the various p
 hases of education.
