9:00 am	PB19051 Positive Behaviour Strategies Rowan Gate Primary School An opportunity to look around a special needs school and see how it works. Those attending will be taken on a tour around Rowan Gate Primary School in Wellingborough and will see first-hand how the school and staff cater for the special needs of the children. This training will allow for the opportunity to see and discuss best practice for children with a range of needs from moderate to profound - including ASD, learning difficulties, social and emotional issues and physical disabilities. Any questions can also be answered during or after the tour.
9:30 am	NH1905 New Head Teachers Programme Fairfields Teaching School Training provided by Fairfields and 5 Wells Teaching Schools Topic: Bring an Issue! Facilitator: Anne Ansell, 5 Wells Teaching School and Michael Thompson, Fairfields Teaching School A chance for networking, chewing over your burning issue and - hopefully - a group solution approach.
